Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand in downtown Phoenix was a mixed bag. The remodeled rooms are quite nice, providing a comfortable space, though the dining situation left a lot to be desired due to ongoing renovations. The outdoor pool is definitely a bright spot, and the staff were generally helpful. However, I experienced some inconvenience with the service and noise levels in the restaurant. Overall, it's a decent place for a business trip, but keep your expectations in check.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel, especially for a work trip. The location was convenient with various dining options and easy access to transportation. My room was updated and clean, offering a nice view. However, the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great value for money given the amenities and service provided.
The hotel has a stylish, newly renovated look, and the guest rooms are both comfortable and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the elevator situation is quite frustrating, as it often requires your key to work just to get to your room. The staff is attentive and helpful, but the limitations on amenities and late-night snack options really detracted from my overall experience. I would consider this place for its modern appeal, but the elevator issues seriously impacted my stay.
I had a decent experience at the hotel, but there were definitely a few drawbacks. The rooms were a bit small and lacked sufficient power outlets, but overall they were still comfortable. The dining options were nice but a little pricey, and the location was convenient, though parking was quite expensive. Despite the minor inconveniences, the pool and exercise facilities were impressive.
My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While I had an unexpectedly wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza due to a last-minute change from Sheraton, the initial lack of communication from the Sheraton left a sour impression. On the bright side, the room at Crowne was spacious and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The service at both hotels was a bit hit or miss, but overall, the transition turned out better than anticipated.
